Ticket payment:

Based on your registration, we will issue you an invoice, which will be the basis for your payment. We will start sending invoices for registration fees to all registered participants from March 3, 2024 onwards, with a payment deadline of 8 days.

Cancellation policy:

The deadline for free cancellation of conference registration is Monday, May 13, 2024. If we receive the cancellation of the application between 14.5.2024 and 24.5.2024, we will charge you administrative costs in the amount of 30% of the registration fee. In case of later check-out, from 29.5.2023 until the start of the conference, we will charge you the registration fee in full. In any case, you must send the cancellation in writing to the email address makeit@makeit.si
